Cardio Classes

Cardio Classes focus on elevating the heart rate and keeping it up through a variety of high-energy exercises. These sessions are designed to burn calories efficiently, improve heart health, and boost metabolic rates. From high-intensity interval training to fast-paced circuit workouts, each class is packed with movements that are sure to get your blood pumping.

Fitness Classes

Fitness Classes take a more holistic approach to physical well-being, incorporating strength training, flexibility exercises, and core conditioning into a well-rounded routine. These sessions are designed to tone muscles, improve posture, and enhance functional movement patterns, contributing to better overall health and reduced risk of injury.

Cardio Boxing is a combination of exercises which elevates your heart rate, enhances your speed and endurance, and burns calories more efficiently. The 35 minute session includes :

10 Minute Warmup
10 Minute Cardio Boxing
10 Minute Muscles
5 Minute Cool Down
